The Split-25 Excel spreadsheet assigns daily split shifts to up to 25 people for one week and is for the creation of complex schedules where each employee can have up to two shifts assigned each day. Spreadsheet creates Timer Import Files for use in the QuickBooks Pro accounting software for use in employee payroll activities. This program is particularly useful if employees have very limited availability and/or need to have shift start and stop times assigned individually. The program displays your staffing needs for each 15-minute period to help you assign the correct number of employees. It also includes a section that keeps track of labor costs based on individual salary rates and numbers of hours assigned to each person.
